Your enquiries

When you submit the contact form, we store your name, email address, organisation if supplied, selected practice, message, language, and the website page from which you began the enquiry. We use these details to assess and respond to your request and manage follow-up. Submission does not establish a professional engagement.

Please provide a brief overview. Send confidential documents or sensitive case details only after agreeing an appropriate channel with the relevant practice.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, first-party analytics record page views, contact-button clicks, service-finder completion, and form starts. Records contain a random session identifier, page path, selected practice, language, broad device category, referring hostname, and a campaign label when available. Names, email addresses, enquiry messages, complete referring URLs, and raw IP addresses are not stored in analytics records. We do not use advertising trackers.

Rejecting optional analytics does not prevent you from reading the website or submitting an enquiry. Changing your choice stops future collection; it does not automatically remove previously recorded events.

Cookies, storage & retention

Your cookie choice is stored in a first-party cookie and browser storage for up to 180 days. If analytics are enabled, a random identifier is kept in session storage for the current browser tab. Protected management pages use platform sign-in. Analytics records are retained for up to 90 days; enquiries for up to 12 months after their latest management update. Expired records are excluded from reports and removed during subsequent system activity.

Information is stored using the website’s hosted Cloudflare database and is accessible through the restricted management dashboard. A rotating, salted network identifier is used briefly to limit repeated submissions; the raw address is not stored.

The Brief email newsletter

When you subscribe, we store your email, language, source page, consent version, registration date, and subscription status. This consent is separate from enquiries, analytics, and recruitment. We use the list to provide The Brief by email. You can unsubscribe using your private preferences link, a link included in each newsletter, or by contacting office@arthadaya.co. Unsubscribed records are removed after up to 90 days during subsequent system activity. Active registrations remain until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

Professional introductions & CVs

For recruitment assessment and related contact, we store your name, email, practice interest, career stage, introduction, CV, language, source page, and consent date. CVs are held in private file storage and can be downloaded only by authorised managers. Applications and CVs are retained for up to 12 months from submission, then excluded from access and removed during subsequent system activity. You may request earlier correction or deletion through office@arthadaya.co. A career introduction does not subscribe you to The Brief.
